Individual and Group Supervision

My approach to supervision is designed to empower supervisees to develop their own way of working while offering knowledge and understanding from my own training and experience. Consultation sessions are provided to agree how we will work together.

Supervision sessions are arranged to ensure all supervisees meet the required ratio of hours for their training courses and accreditation needs. I keep written notes of all sessions and maintain regular communication with training centres as required.

I charge £45 per session for individual supervision and £60 per hour for group supervision. This total fee can be shared between group members or charged to their employer if preferred.
